All in all had very nice experience with helpful suggestions for our city visit.

The location was favourable and the clean facilities were available. The host was affable and very polite, and planned late check-out for us.

I didn't want to leave and recommend the property. Perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik. Location was amazing and brilliant, within walking distance of Beach. And I easily visited restaurants and bars located near the venue...

I received a friendly welcome from the host and appreciated the short walk to the city walls and a fortress, as well as the convenience of having small supermarkets nearby.

You can eat at Moskar Konoba, which is 5 minutes walk away. Staff was helpful.

For the price, the room at City Break was a great value and exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything but still quiet and peaceful. I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment in the heart of Old Town. The host, Ivana, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with great recommendations on what to see and do in the area. The location couldn't be better, just steps away from some amazing restaurants and yet amazingly quiet at night. The modern and clean property was a pleasure to stay in, and the powerful shower was a big plus. Additionally, the host's willingness to post back our forgotten belongings without asking for any payment was a truly amazing gesture.

The only downside I could mention is the tricky access to the Old Dubrovnik town, but this is not the fault of the owner or the property location. However, it would be helpful to have clear directions on the best route to take, such as coming in through the Pile gate and using the first avenue on the left-hand side for an easier uphill walk.

The rooms here are modern and comfortable, with a separate bedroom, and the host is very welcoming.
